The ship has an open feel inside, is easy to navigate, and there is abundant access to the outside. Cons: The weather in Bermuda was not optimum, but I still had a great visit and great time due to the many options and activities available and suggested, thanks! The Ship was magnificent in stature, well run, extremely clean. My first cruise and I did not get sea sick at all, thanks! Stateroom Quality Ship Staff Quality All service workers were very friendly, nice, attentive, and eager to assist. Room was showing age. The "good feet" seminars (really sale pitches), not extremely honest. When you check the "good feet" site there are a large variety of arch support inserts and one needs to be fitted. At the seminar they only have one support and indicate that this all you need The ice show was excellent. Large ship so plenty to do; lots of space so venues not overcrowded. Cons: Could use better martinis Love the size of the ship and the variety of venues. We sailed on a ship that was fully sold out but you never felt that you didn't have enough space whether it was by the pools or at an activity. Also, I liked my cleanlady - Mona Lisa to clean my room number of 8337 very much. My ball room dancing instructor - very good. They taught us how to dance - waltz and Rumba and I will suggest to put them to teach us more. They are very professional and made ball room dancing easy to do. Also, I liked to learn line dance more. Overall, I enjoyed the ice scating show very very much. Thank you and I will book more trips through this ship. Ship Details: Ship Quality it is a gret ship,but time for a makeover Dining/Food My Time dining was a disaster ...table for two was in direct line of traffic.Food choices were too limited and portions small..." fine dining" it is not. HOWEVER...we enjoyed Windjammer cafe. healthy chioces,staff friendly and fun.Quiet at dinner..ordered room service each AM and it came within 5-10 mins! Stateroom Quality again,time for makeover...but always clean. Ship Staff Quality Best aspect of the ship. Everyone one was hardworking. Entertainment & Activities Just OK...we love to dance. Cruise should have been canceled. Stateroom not as clean as it should be. Food horrible. Not even hot. Lack of information about status of our cars in long term parking on pier during sandy.Smell of cigarette smoke in non smoking areas. Stateroom Quality as stated before other than smell in room, lack of enough towels and robes, it was ok Ship Staff Quality everyone friendly in helping out above and beyond were Lennox stateroom attendant and Graham waiter and Christina from spa.
