Your refund request will be reviewed and we will determine whether you have met the necessary requirements. United Cruises reserves the right to refuse the refund should you not be able to provide us with positive proof of a competitor's lower price. United Cruises reserves the right to refuse the refund for any errors in prices by the competition. If your refund request is approved, the credit card used to purchase your cruise will be credited 110% of the price difference within 7-10 business days of final approval. United Cruises reserves the right to modify or cancel the 110% Best Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice or liability to you.
