Award miles are per stateroom and are awarded to only one passenger per cruise booking. To qualify for the 30,000 award mileage or more award, you must pay for your cruise using your through this Cruise Program. Award mileage is based on the total cost of your cruise purchase and miles are earned as follows: 2 award miles per $1 of the cost of your cruise purchase; 2 additional award miles if you book a balcony or suite. This amounts to a total of up to 4 award miles per $1 of your cruise purchase. Offers are subject to availability, capacity-controlled and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Award miles are posted to member's accounts 6-8 weeks after the cruise has been completed. Cruises must be paid for in U.S. currency.

  • A Customer Service Representative will review the details. If the lower rate is still available, we'll process your refund – for 110% of the difference!

The lower advertised rate must be a price in U.S. dollars found for the same cruise – same ship, number of people, sailing dates, and cabin category – that you purchased through United Cruises. Our 110% Best Rate Guarantee applies only to rates available to the general public. You must meet all requirements for the lower advertised rate (residency requirements for regional specials, age-related discounts, etc.). Our 110% Best Rate Guarantee applies only to the cost of the cruise (including port charges). Your refund request will be reviewed and we will determine whether you have met the necessary requirements. United Cruises reserves the right to refuse the refund should you not be able to provide us with positive proof of a competitor's lower price. United Cruises reserves the right to refuse the refund for any errors in prices by the competition. If your refund request is approved, the credit card used to purchase your cruise will be credited 110% of the price difference within 7-10 business days of final approval. United Cruises reserves the right to modify or cancel the 110% Best Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice or liability to you.
